    Description

    This is for a good EDO/ASI Aire-Sciences Inc.  This is a 360 channel, 2.5 watts out.  Good receive audio.  Comes with mic.  Unit has a bad battery which, if good, will charge when plugged-in to AC.  Also, has a 12V. DC power cord when plugged-in to a
    cigarette
    lighter vehicle jack.  Was made under Gov. contract for emergency back-up use (PRT661-A).  Works well.  See my EDO, Spare radio that simply slides-in this housing for emergency backup.  This unit can also slide in to the aircraft dash-panel if it has a matching back edge connector.
