This is a haunting figure created after Sept 11 in New York this figure is named Revenent Meaning a person who has returned or come back. This figure always grabbed me by the heart and I am sure that this was the idea behind the creator  Heidi Mario who is gifted to create this one of a kind Art Sculpture.  Heidi Mario is an artist from Vermont USA
. Heidi does not just create art figures she is well know for other arts and crafts in her hometown of Vermont. Heidi works in Fimo a hand molded clay  that looks so lifelike when molded, so it is the perfect medium to create art figures that look so realistic. Revenant is standing aprox. 19" with his arm reaching out as if asking for attention or guidance or help in understanding the devastation of 9/11.  The details in his face are amazingly real and one wonders what the artist was thinking and how she was inspired when creating this after 9/11.
