This auction is for a recast 14.5" Hybrid, Popovy Sisters "Little Owl" BJD doll head which has been paired with a CP/FairyLand ChicLine fashion body with "cutie legs" and "large bust". Both her upper body and her face have ooak makeup and body blushing and have been sealed with MSC UV protectant. She comes with high heel feet and flat feet, both of which are held on with magnets as are her hands. The toenails on the high heel feet are painted red, the toenails on the flat feet are unpainted.
Little Owl has always been my favorite face sculpt from the Popovy Sisters 1/4 scale fashion doll line. Being a fan of rare and unusual dolls I decided that I would like to have her with a sexier figure to match her exotic facial sculpt and the CP/FairyLand ChicLine doll body is what I chose to make what to me is a more sensual looking lady doll.
"Curvy Little Owl" is made of a light flesh-colored resin and having blue glass eyes, smoky eye shadow, painted lower and applied upper eyelashes, red lips, red fingernails, and red toenails. She comes dressed as pictured wearing a long black wig, a black one-piece lace teddy, and black high heel shoes.
No other dolls, props, wigs, clothes, or doll stands are included in this auction.
The red dress and pixie wig are not a part of this auction.
NOTE... Her head is just a little bit twitchy in regards to holding proper poses.
This is due to her being a Hybrid. With a little patience, she can hold almost any head pose desired. Despite this one little quirk, she is still a very unusual and sensual-looking 1/4 scale modern fashion doll. This body lacks the range of pose-ability that the Popovy Sisters doll body has, but with fewer joint lines her upper torso is very beautiful when wearing skimpy clothes or plunging necklines.
This doll has been displayed in a display cube away from sunlight. Curvy Little Owl has been stored and will be shipped nude to prevent even the slightest chance of her clothing staining her body.
This doll does not have any known flaws, other than the twitchy head thing, however, this is a used, hybrid doll and is therefore being sold "as is".
Shipping will be via USPS priority mail and insured for the winning bid amount.
There have still been some delays in delivery times in some regions and sometimes tracking does not show up until after the item is well on its way to the buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by rough or excessive handling of this Haute Couture doll.
