The center switch is Ser. No# 104
Also marked: "CONTROLLER, FLIGHT, AUTOMATIC PILOT".
The control panel consists of a maneuvering controller, a rotary mode selector switch, a three position autopilot damper engage Switch and a two position toggle switch for engagement of height Lock’s. The mode selector switch has five positions: MANUAL; HDG; LOC/VOR; GS AUTO and GS MANUAL
I am unsure what Aircraft this was used in and also unsure of the date of manufacture, but looks old like WWII or 1950’s  military, Airforce component. .
Condition looks used. Untested.  Good for a display or for parts.
