In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
Returns policy applies only if you have received wrong or defective item. The returns are accepted for money refund within 30 days after the reception of the item. Please contact us before returning the item. The item has to be returned in the brand new and resealable condition with original packaging condition, as it was stated in the description. The buyer pays return shipping costs and restocking fee charge up to 20%, also for items returned due unclaimed, refused delivery, customs issues etc. We can refund the items cost only, without original shipping costs.
